Q1: How much buffer does one tablet prepare?
Each tablet produces 1 L of 1× PBS buffer at pH 7.4.

Q2: Can I modify the concentration?
Yes. Adjust the number of tablets or total water volume to obtain different concentrations.

Q3: Does the pH need to be adjusted after dissolution?
No. Each tablet provides a stable pH of 7.4 ± 0.05.
