ELISA Wash Buffer

Sterile, nuclease-free buffer (pH 7.0) with NaCl, sodium phosphate & EDTA for molecular biology and biomanufacturing.

ELISA Wash Buffer, composed of 1 M Sodium Chloride, 50 mM Sodium Phosphate, and 2 mM EDTA (pH 7.0), is a sterile, ready-to-use, high-purity solution specifically optimized for enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA) and other molecular biology applications. Its balanced formulation provides ionic strength, pH stabilization, and protection against metal ion–dependent degradation, ensuring accurate and reproducible assay results.

This buffer ensures consistent washing performance, effectively removes unbound reagents, and minimizes background signal to enhance assay sensitivity and precision. Sodium chloride maintains ionic strength, sodium phosphate stabilizes the pH during wash cycles, and EDTA chelates divalent cations to protect proteins and nucleic acids from degradation.

Produced in an ISO 13485 and GMP-certified facility under ISO 9001 guidelines, the buffer offers nuclease-free quality, batch-to-batch consistency, and contamination-free performance. Its reliability and stability make it ideal for diagnostic ELISA testing, HPLC workflows, cell culture, and nucleic acid stabilization in both research and routine laboratory environments.
