• Recommendations: The salts in 20x solution are at a very high concentration. It has been found that at temperatures below 10ºC, the salts fall out of solution. If this occurs during your shipment conditions, please stir the product to get the salts back into solution.

Q1: What is the concentration of Tween® 20 in this buffer?
The buffer contains 0.05% (v/v) Tween® 20, optimized for efficient washing and low background in immunoassays.

Q2: Can this buffer be used for antibody dilutions?
Yes. It provides excellent protein stability and low background when used as an antibody dilution buffer.

Q3: Does it affect antigen–antibody binding?
No. The mild non-ionic surfactant maintains antigen–antibody interactions while removing unbound components.
