It is designed for robust and reproducible activity across epithelial, neural, mesenchymal and organoid culture systems. Corresponding to the mature 52-amino-acid human EGF domain, this recombinant form promotes the expansion, proliferation and differentiation of ESC/iPSC-derived epithelial lineages, primary cells. It also supports a broad range of organoid models, including intestine, stomach, liver, pancreas, brain and tumor organoids.
Its chemically defined and animal-origin–free composition supports sensitive stem-cell and organoid workflows. Stringent endotoxin control ensures consistent performance.
