It supports both A-tailed and blunt-ended PCR products, offering maximum flexibility in one kit.

Q2: Is enzymatic modification required before ligation?
No. Fragments can be directly ligated regardless of the polymerase used.

Q3: What transformation efficiency can be expected?
Typically higher than 10⁶ cfu/µg DNA using standard E. coli strains.
