• Tested for the isolation of any plasmid DNA from transformed E.coli.
• The Quality of Purified DNA is analysed by:
  • Ratio 260/ 280 (1.8-2).
  • Agarose Gel Electrophoresis.
  • Digestion with Restriction Endonucleases.

• Use fresh overnight cultures in exponential phase for maximum yields.
• Do not overload columns to ensure purity.
• Equilibrate buffers to room temperature before starting the procedure

• Shipped in: Ambient Temperature.
• Storage: All components can be stored at Room Temperature (15–25 °C) , except RNAse A (-20 ºC).
• Recommendations: After addition of RNase A to Buffer S-I reagent can be stored at 4 ºC.
