• Tested in the purification of a 0.6 kb DNA fragment from PCR Mixture.
• Purified band is analysed in Agarose Gel Electrophoresis.

• Avoid exceeding recommended DNA amounts per column.
• For maximum yield, prewarm elution buffer to 65 °C before use.
• Always equilibrate buffers to room temperature.
