Its optimized two-phase protocol (Deparaffinization + DNA Extraction) ensures pure, inhibitor-free DNA, ideal for PCR, qPCR, NGS, and STR analysis, even from long-archived samples.

HigherPurity™ FFPE DNA Isolation Kit provides an easy, rapid, and highly efficient method for extracting and purifying DNA from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue samples, the most common form of long-term preservation for archived pathological specimens.

The extraction process consists of two optimized phases:
1) Deparaffinization, using a proprietary non-toxic buffer that completely dissolves paraffin without the use of flammable or malodorous solvents such as xylene or d-limonene.
2) DNA Isolation, delivering high-quality, inhibitor-free DNA ideal for sensitive downstream molecular applications.

The result is high-purity DNA suitable for reliable PCR, qPCR, NGS, or STR analysis, even from decades-old FFPE samples.
