HigherPurity™ Milk Bacterial DNA Extraction Kit

Fast and reliable extraction of bacterial DNA from milk using silica-column technology.

The HigherPurity™ Milk Bacterial DNA Extraction Kit provides fast, easy, and reliable isolation of bacterial DNA from milk samples. It combines mechanical and chemical lysis to ensure efficient disruption of both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.

Following homogenization and centrifugation, contaminants and debris are removed, while DNA binds to a silica membrane spin column. After washing away potential PCR inhibitors, DNA is eluted in water or low-salt buffer and is ready for use in downstream applications such as PCR, qPCR, sequencing, and cloning.
