The HigherPurity™ Stool DNA Isolation Kit provides a reliable, easy-to-use, and high-performance method for extracting DNA from fresh or frozen stool samples.
Based on HigherPurity™ silica-binding technology, DNA selectively binds to a silica membrane in the presence of guanidinium thiocyanate, while proteins, polysaccharides, and humic substances are efficiently removed.

The kit includes optimized lysis and wash buffers to ensure complete removal of PCR inhibitors, yielding DNA of excellent purity and integrity. The full purification workflow takes less than one hour and produces DNA ready for PCR, sequencing, metagenomics, and other molecular biology applications.

Compatible with stool preservation systems such as Stool DNA Collection & Stabilization Kit.ensuring sample integrity before extraction.

Storage: All components can be stored at Room Temperature, except Proteinase K (4 ºC). Once dissolved, Proteinase K should be stored at -20 ºC for longer-term storage.
