• • DNA recovery efficiency using PCR fragments.

  • Reproducibility in multiple clean-up assays.

  • Absence of nucleases and contaminants.

• Do not freeze beads, as freezing may reduce binding efficiency.

• Mix thoroughly before use to ensure homogeneity.

• Storage: Store protected from light at 4°C upon arrival, for up to 12 months. Beads appear brown and may settle during storage. Shake the reagent well to a homogenous appearance before use.
