PriBLUE™ Prestained Protein Marker IV is composed of ten proteins, ranging from 10 kDa to 180 kDa, each covalently bonded to distinct dyes to ensure precise tracking during electrophoresis and membrane transfer. This marker includes a 70 kDa band coupled to orange dye, a 10 kDa band coupled to green dye, and eight additional bands coupled to blue dye, allowing for clear differentiation of molecular weights.
These color-coded bands remain highly visible on PVDF and NC membranes, enabling efficient assessment of transfer success. Additionally, the orange and green bands provide orientation verification, ensuring accurate alignment and positioning during Western blot procedures.
