Q1: What pathogens are detected by this duplex assay?
It simultaneously detects Salmonella spp. and Listeria monocytogenes in a single qPCR reaction.

Q2: Is the kit compatible with all real-time PCR instruments?
Yes, it is validated for all major duplex-capable qPCR systems.

Q3: Can the kit distinguish between different Salmonella serotypes?
No. It detects Salmonella spp. at the genus level for general screening.
