FAQs

Q1: What is the difference between High ROX and Low ROX formulations?
The High ROX version contains a higher concentration of passive reference dye for normalization on instruments such as Applied Biosystems 7500 or QuantStudio platforms.

Q2: Can the mix be used with SYBR® Green assays?
Yes. It is fully compatible with intercalating dye–based qPCR detection systems.

Q3: Does QmaxSen™ Green qPCR MasterMix require additional MgCl₂?
No. The Mg²⁺ concentration is optimized for robust amplification across a wide range of templates.
