The MasterMix includes 2x mixture of dNTPs, HotStart DNA Polymerase, Mg2+, fluorescent detection dye, Reference dye & Proprietary Buffer Components.

• SNP genotyping and mutation analysis.

• Copy number and viral load quantification.

• Each lot is tested for amplification efficiency, reproducibility, and absence of DNase, RNase, and protease activity to ensure reliable qPCR performance.

• Use 10–50 ng of DNA or 1–100 ng of cDNA per reaction.

• Mix gently before use; avoid vortexing.

• Optimize primer and probe concentrations for best results.
