qMAXSen™ Probe qPCR MasterMix (Low ROX™) from Canvax™ is a ready-to-use 2× master mix designed for fast, sensitive, and reproducible probe-based qPCR. Its optimized formulation delivers strong fluorescence signals, precise quantification, and consistent amplification of low-copy targets.

The mix contains a hot-start DNA polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl₂, and a proprietary buffer system that minimize non-specific amplification. Its Low ROX reference dye provides reliable normalization across a wide range of qPCR instruments, ensuring accurate gene expression analysis and high reproducibility.

Advice
