The MasterMix includes 2x mixture of dNTPs, HotStart DNA Polymerase, Mg2+, fluorescent detection dye, Reference dye & Proprietary Buffer Components.

• Mix gently before use; avoid vortexing.

• Use 10–50 ng DNA or 1–100 ng cDNA per reaction.

• Verify ROX calibration according to the qPCR platform.
