qMAXSen™ Probe qPCR MasterMix (High ROX™) is a ready-to-use 2× master mix optimized for probe-based real-time PCR (qPCR). It ensures strong fluorescence signal, excellent reproducibility, and accurate quantification of both high- and low-abundance targets.

The master mix includes a hot-start DNA polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl₂, and a proprietary buffer system for maximum specificity and sensitivity. Its High ROX reference dye allows consistent fluorescence normalization on compatible qPCR instruments, ensuring reliable performance in gene expression and diagnostic applications.
