AgaPure™ Agarose LE (Low Electroendosmosis) is a high-quality and extremely pure agarose powder designed for standard nucleic acid electrophoresis. Its very low binding interference with staining reagents results in sharp bands, low background, and high-contrast appearance after staining. The powder format ensures convenient handling and reproducible gel preparation for consistent experimental results.
It is a neutral polysaccharide obtained through multiple purification steps from the cell walls of specific algae. This standard agarose forms highly transparent gels with all common running buffers and provides excellent resolution and clear separation of DNA and RNA molecules. Its low EEO value minimizes electroendosmotic flow, improving migration uniformity and downstream compatibility with gel extraction, enzymatic treatments, and molecular cloning workflows.
