Catalase Activity Assay Kit

Fast and sensitive catalase activity detection by colorimetric or fluorometric assay.

The Catalase Activity Assay Kit provides a fast, easy, and highly sensitive method for detecting catalase activity in biological samples. Catalase catalyzes the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) into water and oxygen. The assay quantifies unconverted H₂O₂ via either a fluorometric method (Ex/Em = 535/587 nm) or a colorimetric method (570 nm).

The ready-to-use kit includes all reagents and positive controls, with a protocol completed in just 34 minutes. It is ideal for oxidative stress research, antioxidant screening, and enzymatic activity studies.
