The ROS Detection Assay Kit (DCFDA / H₂DCFDA) from Canvax™ provides a simple and sensitive method to measure reactive oxygen species (ROS) in live cells. It uses DCFDA, a cell-permeable fluorogenic dye that is oxidized by ROS to a highly fluorescent compound, allowing rapid detection through fluorescence measurement. The assay enables researchers to monitor oxidative stress, cellular metabolism, or drug-induced ROS generation in real time with excellent reproducibility.
