TAE (pH 8.3)

Ready-to-use sterile TAE Buffer (pH 8.3) for DNA electrophoresis and recovery.

The TAE Buffer (Tris-Acetate-EDTA, pH 8.3) is a high-quality, ready-to-use solution designed for nucleic acid electrophoresis. With low ionic strength, it enables efficient separation of DNA fragments larger than 1,500 bp while preserving DNA integrity for downstream recovery.

It is widely used in agarose and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, PCR product analysis, DNA purification, and cloning. Supplied sterile and free of DNases, RNases, and proteases, TAE Buffer ensures reproducible, contamination-free performance.
