Q1: How do I prepare a 1× working solution?
Dilute 1 part of pouch buffer with 9 parts of deionized water.

Q2: Can I autoclave the prepared buffer?
Yes. It can be sterilized if required for downstream applications.

Q3: Does the pH need adjustment after dissolution?
No. The formulation provides a stable pH of 7.4 ± 0.05 at 1× concentration.
