• Dissolve one tablet in 1 L of deionized water.

• Stir gently until completely dissolved; do not adjust pH.

• Store the reconstituted buffer at 2–8 °C and use within one week.

Q1: How many liters of buffer can be prepared with one pouch?
Each tablet contains enough product to prepare 500 mL of 1× TBS buffer.

Q2: Can I modify the concentration?
Yes. Adjust the water volume or number of tablets to achieve different concentrations.

Q3: Does the buffer require pH adjustment after dissolution?
No. Each tablet yields a stable pH of 7.6 ± 0.05.
