Purified DNA suitable for all common Molecular Biology applications, such as:

• RT-PCR.
• Southern blotting.
• RFLP.
• Genotyping and sequencing (RUO)
• Restriction enzyme digestion

• Total DNA is isolated from a 30 mg thorax muscle tissue sample.
• Purified DNA is quantified using a spectrophotometer with a typical yield of more than 10 μg of genomic DNA and an A260nm/A280nm ratio of 1.8-2.0.
• Quality is further checked by Agarose Gel Electrophoresis.

• Always wear gloves and protective equipment during use.
• Avoid skin contact with reagents. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water.

• Storage: All components can be stored at Room Temperature, except Proteinase K (4 ºC).
