FastPANGEA™ High Fidelity DNA Polymerase MasterMix is a second-generation, high-fidelity enzyme system delivering exceptional accuracy, speed, and yield for demanding PCR applications.
With an error rate 50× lower than standard Taq DNA Polymerase, it efficiently amplifies long or complex templates (up to 15 kb) while producing blunt-ended PCR products suitable for cloning.

FastPANGEA™ High Fidelity DNA Polymerase MasterMix represents the next generation of high-performance polymerases, engineered for maximum fidelity, speed, and robustness across a wide range of PCR applications.

This enzyme combines 5′→3′ DNA polymerase and 3′→5′ exonuclease (proofreading) activities, ensuring high-precision DNA synthesis with dramatically reduced error rates.
It consistently amplifies long targets (10–15 kb) and difficult GC-rich or repetitive regions with shorter extension times (15–30 s/kb) and minimal optimization.

The MasterMix format (2×) provides all necessary reaction components — polymerase, buffer, Mg²⁺, and dNTPs — in a convenient, ready-to-use formulation that enhances reproducibility and reduces pipetting errors.

Unit definition:
One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that incorporates 10 nmoles of dNTP’s into acid-insoluble form in 30 minutes at 75 °C under assay conditions: 25 mM TAPS-HCl, pH 9.0 (at 25 °C), 100 mM KCl, 1.5 mM MgCl₂, 1 mM Beta-mercaptoethanol, 200 μM each dNTP and 10 μg activated calf thymus DNA in 50 μl.
