WideUSE™ Plasmid Maxiprep Kit

Fast and reliable Maxiprep kit for high-quality plasmid DNA purification using anion-exchange technology — transfection-grade purity in minutes.

WideUse™ Plasmid Maxiprep Kit provides a fast, simple, and highly efficient method for the routine isolation of high-quality plasmid DNA in Maxiprep format.
Based on anion-exchange column technology, this kit ensures high yield and purity suitable for all downstream molecular biology applications, including transfection-grade plasmid DNA.

The kit incorporates an innovative Lysis Control Reagent (LCR), a color indicator that enables visual identification of optimal buffer mixing. This prevents common errors such as incomplete cell lysis or poor SDS/genomic DNA precipitation, ensuring reproducibility and maximum yield even for less experienced users.

Whether for routine plasmid preparations or large-scale molecular workflows, the WideUse™ Maxiprep Kit delivers consistent, high-quality DNA ready for enzymatic reactions, sequencing, or transfection experiments.

Quality Control

– Tested for the isolation of any Plasmid DNA from transformed E.coli.
– The quality of purified DNA is analysed by:

  • Ratio 260/ 280.
  • Agarose gel electrophoresis.
  • Digestion with restriction endonucleases.
Advice

Use gloves and standard laboratory protection while handling reagents.
Avoid contamination with genomic DNA by ensuring complete cell lysis and neutralization.

Storage, Shipping & Guarantee
  • Shipped in: Ambient temperature.
  • Storage: All components should be stored at room temperature (15–25 °C) for up to 12 months without any reduction in performance. Store the RNAse A at -20 ºC. After addition of RNase A to Resuspension Solution can be stored at 4 ºC. Verify that the Lysis Solution (BLY) does not contain precipitated SDS due to the low temperatures. If necessary, dissolve the SDS heating at 37 °C.
