WideUSE™ Plasmid Purification MiniSpin Kit

High-yield plasmid DNA isolation in ~30 minutes using WideUse™ silica MiniSpin technology.

The WideUse™ Plasmid Purification MiniSpin Kit provides a fast, reliable and cost-effective method for isolating high-quality plasmid DNA from E. coli. Based on advanced silica-membrane technology, the kit ensures reproducible yields of highly pure DNA free of proteins, RNA and other contaminants.

The extracted plasmid DNA is immediately ready for use in a wide range of downstream molecular biology applications, such as restriction digestion, PCR, qPCR, sequencing or transfection. Its optimized buffers and high-capacity columns guarantee consistent results even with challenging samples.

Designed for routine plasmid minipreps in research laboratories, the WideUse™ kit combines simplicity, reproducibility and superior performance at an affordable price.

Tables & Figures

t

Quality Control
  • Tested for the isolation of any plasmid DNA from transformed E.coli.
  • The Quality of Purified DNA is analysed by:
    • Ratio 260/ 280 (1.8-2).
    • Agarose Gel Electrophoresis.
    • Digestion with Restriction Endonucleases.
Advice
  • Use fresh overnight cultures in exponential phase for maximum yields.
  • Do not overload columns to ensure purity.
  • Equilibrate buffers to room temperature before starting the procedure
Storage, Shipping & Guarantee
  • Shipped in: Ambient Temperature.
  • Storage: All components can be stored at Room Temperature (15–25 °C) , except RNAse A (-20 ºC).
  • Recommendations: After addition of RNase A to Buffer S-I reagent can be stored at 4 ºC.
