WideUSE™ Plasmid Midiprep Kit

Reliable anion-exchange Midiprep kit for fast and high-quality plasmid DNA purification — transfection-grade DNA in minutes.

W

WideUse™ Plasmid Midiprep Kit provides a fast, simple, and highly efficient method for the routine isolation of high-quality plasmid DNA in Midiprep format.
Based on anion-exchange column technology, this kit delivers reproducible, transfection-grade plasmid DNA suitable for all downstream molecular biology applications.

The kit incorporates a Lysis Control Reagent (LCR), a visual color indicator that enables users to identify optimal buffer mixing during cell lysis.
This innovation minimizes user errors such as incomplete lysis or precipitation, ensuring consistent DNA quality and yield.

Ideal for both beginners and experienced researchers, the WideUse™ Plasmid Midiprep Kit offers reliable performance, scalability, and superior purity — perfect for any standard molecular biology workflow.

Quality Control

– Tested for the isolation of any plasmid DNA from transformed E.coli.
– The quality of purified DNA is analysed by:

  • Ratio 260/ 280.
  • Agarose gel electrophoresis.
  • Digestion with restriction endonucleases.
Advice

Wear gloves and protective clothing while handling reagents.
Ensure complete cell lysis and neutralization to avoid genomic DNA contamination.

Storage, Shipping & Guarantee
  • Shipped in: Ambient temperature.
  • Storage: All components should be stored at room temperature (15–25 °C) for up to 12 months without any reduction in performance. Store the RNAse A at -20 ºC. After addition of RNase A to Resuspension Solution can be stored at 4 ºC. Verify that the Lysis Solution (BLY) does not contain precipitated SDS due to the low temperatures. If necessary, dissolve the SDS heating at 37 °C.
